jup, you need to get your arches rolled out, otherwise is won't fit. but it depends on the suspension you've got. mine was very low, so when i hit a bump, the rubber came of my tyres. but a set of bumpstops can do the trick as well. i think you can forget about putting 9J in front, because the borbe...

haha, you can't get much lower than this m8;

it was lowered 75 mm in front, 40 at the rear.

but i suggest you get some wider rims at the rear.

this is what my former car looked like with the borbets.

7.5 in front, 9J at the rear.

correction, that car "looked" awesome. i sold it and the new owner stripped it down... but ok, i have E30 325 convertible now and a E34 520. sure these wheels come in 8.5 in four stud. here are all the sizes you can get them in. 7.0 x 15 7.5 x 15 7.5 x 16 9.0 x 16 7.5 x 17 8.0 x 17 8.5 x 17 9.5 x 17...

i'm building one at the moment. my setup is a second version eta with polished 325i head, schrick cam shaft, inlet manifold with bigger and polished ports, M30 injectors and ECU, alpina 6-branch, remapped, shaved head for higher compression, x-rohr so you can measure emission on 6 cilinders... trust...

he's right, but you won't gain a lot of hp. but you'll have more torque.

hey,

my 2.7 should be finished by the end of the week. we still have to weld the exhaust.

once it's finished i'll post pics of parts and everything so you can get an idea of what you need.

those are the basics yes. but best is if you look for a super eta (129hp) and combine it with a 325i cilinderhead, sharper camshaft and 6-branch. you can use the other parts of your 320i, except for the injectors, ecu and wiring harnass. those have to be 325i. offcourse, a 320i isn't capable of cont...

engine swap was planned for next month but my 2.0 died on me three weeks ago while doing 140 km/h on the freeway... :cry: .

hey bjorno, i'm from bruges. my car is well known in belgium though. my fellow E30 drivers overhere think of it as the nicest E30 sedan in belgium. :wink: . i've won several prices with it on meetings. anyway, check out this site and then log on to the forum. it's full of belgian and dutch E30 lover...

bwah. just around 200 hp.


you can get more out of it, but then u have to mess with the rev limiter so it can reach up to 7500 rpm.

we figured it wood be safest to keep around 6400rpm.

i would feel too guilty messing up the engine while trying to gain another 5 hp....

for anyone interested of making them theirselves. this is how to to do it.
in the manual we are not using the dde rings, but the process should be the same.
