LOL and I thought I was a sceptic.

TBH the motivation for the sale is the BMW sits in the garage doing v little...whilst my much newer daily driver sits in the drive - and was broken in to a few weeks back...

what a dilemma....

Coming to the realisation that i dont use my E30 enough to justify its existence. Do I try and sell it complete (still MOT'd i think) or do I break it for spares in the hope of making a little more. (325i track car btw - stripped / lsd / cage etc) what would you do? never "broken" a car before but h...

Lloydie lsd is great.. a smooth running engine would be better.. but its being fettled.

old anglesey was my fave track... now the rust bucket is "working" again it will be going to the new anglesey....

new circuit looks very nice.. hopefully the kerbs are in now / going in? anyone confirm.. ?

re seated gear gaiter rubber bit.. managed 40+ miles with no blown fuse... however twice i saw a flash of a short under where the glovebox used to be... so further investigation is required.

lol there is no fuse it....

was just a test for few seconds to see what happened...

if i had a glovebox i would check it.. will however check the remaining wires for the light as suspect you may be right....

keep blowing fuse 21.....

rev counter / fuel economy / clock

keeps blowing a 7.5....

put a 15 in and it doesnt blow but clearly there is a short as rev/ f/e gauge jump around?

any ideas before i start to cry.

wings start working at about 60mph... they really work above 100..

my old wrc wing on the Octavia worked so well it actually cracked the paint @ 160mph.... :(

prob not that much... the front is lower than the back as is.. not much but defo running a little rake... purely cos back is so light now car is stripped... found an m3 splitter on ebay... will try and bolt to std bumper first.. if a no go will find an m3 bumper... i could always go for a chav wing ...

my basic plan is m3 bumper with splitter and a could of rear bonnet vents... to suck air out of engine bay and reduce air pressure under the car....

im tempted by an m3 wing but dont really want to add weight...

seem to have quite a lot of lift @ 120+ mph...


what the best solution...?

m3 front bumper + splitter?

m3 wing? m3 wing with dtm gurney?

the interior is just painted white.. more so we can see when drop nuts bolts than anything else.. will need redoing tbh as the paint reacted but looks good from a distance...

its the way it drives that matters...
