thanks for the updates. I thought I’d check the bulbs, found out the previous owner has put in led bulbs where the bigger bulbs should go. Took the front cover off the cluster, sanded down very lightly the metal contacts as slight corrosion. Replaced with standard halogen bulbs works fine. I am goin...

You may be turning it slightly each time you switch the lights on.

Try turning it all the way clockwise.

The Lights along the Bottom, Service Lights, Front and Rear fog lights are solid.

Dashboard Lights

Hello,

I have an issue with my Dashboard lights flickering, they will flicker sometimes and then turn totaly off and then flicker agian.

Do you know how i would sort this?

Thanks mate, I'm going to give it a shot and dye it. As the carpet is in good condition just needs a good clean. Watched some vids on YouTube.

I will post up a few pics on the progress!

I think mine is a four pot as it's quite flat and rugged asapose to luxury feel.

New Carpet

I am currently restoring the inside of my E30.

I was looking on changing the carpet inside the car to black, you can buy the car carpet on the roll from Ebay, would I need to put some sort of underlay in the car.

Can you put this on top of my existing carpet?

What would be best?

320i with 325 bottom

All,

I was thinking of fitting a 325 bottom onto my 320 engine as my friend has blow his head so this part of the engine is spare.

Will this make a difference? Also if I change the throttle body from a 325 and onto my 320 will this improve anything?
