tyied dissing batery + put short from =ve to -ve, no good , sure its got a fault in fueling cct

The chipped / injectors were from Chipped uk , (b 4 i found this site), fuel ecomoneys is better with them in , but its just lost all top end urge????, , if i can get to read the fault codes ????? , may be if its fuel press, or lamada etc ??,

I 'm sure its on here some were, but is there a 2.7 eta guide, ie what bits to use / options etc. i 've got a 88 eta 2.7 LUMP, 90k i used it 4 a few months and done comp and leak down tests on it , all pasted v good figs its to replace a 91 320, but which head/ cam / inlet manifold etc should i use ...

1991 320i caddy, i read somewhere , that if you turn ingnition on and do 5 full throttle presses your check display will show any codes , but when i tried it , all it did was stay flashing , ?????? i changed the injectors (4 USA m3 TYPE) + fitted FSE REG , It would nt run with the FSE so replaced it...

i fitted a FSEreg , the car run dog ruff, ( like out of fuel ) so refitted original, eversince it runs bad no power as such, could it be in limp home mode ?
