Awesome work! Looks very professional! What's the progression like off idle? I've done a fair few sets of ITBs for various engines and experimented a little with throttle progressions. I totally mis-read that. I had a long day in the garage yesterday swapping out an old rusty gas tank... must have sniffed a bit too much gas fumes  I kept the runner extensions and silicone couplers as short as possible so that I'd have room to fit the bike's OE v-stacks and clear the strut bra...

The manifold extensions are more or less as short as they can be in order to get the angle I want and have meat to clamp the silicone reducer, they are roughly 2" long. Some updates for everyone.... Yesterday I got two runner extensions tacked onto the manifold. As you can see I've done a bit of work to the manifold hogging out material. That's so the end of the runner matches the ID of the extension. http://i575.photobucket.com/albums/ss191/StevoM5/M20%20ITB/ITBS0...

So I modified the other tab on the throttle body yesterday, it was a bit trickier since I had to weld it while it was still attached to the throttle body. It turned out ok, it ended up being a bit twisted after welding so I had to bend it a bit. However it seems solid and should work fine... http://...

I made one for my 2.8L M20 last year. If you know a shop that can laser cut you some 3/16" plate you can make your own fairly cheaply using the stock pulley. http://i575.photobucket.com/albums/ss191/StevoM5/M20B28/gear3.jpg http://i575.photobucket.com/albums/ss191/StevoM5/M20B28/gear4.jpg http://i57...

I just cut the connector off my auxiliary fan and attached it to my after market fan, that way your fan plugs into the stock wiring harness and kicks on with the temperature switch in the rad. Re: Injectors and mapping question.
Standard M20B25 injectors are 147cc/min (14lb/hr). If you are going for over 200hp then you need at least 200cc/min (19lb/hr) injectors. The bosch 0 280 155 700 are a common swap. My 2.8L stroker is running those injectors without any issues and I'm currently making 182whp (roughly 205-210hp at the ...

Those are 166cc/min (16lb/hr) injectors. They should be adequate up to about 180hp with a stock fuel pressure regulator.

Thanks for that info, need to findout how easy/expensive it is to do that work to the pistons. Going on the Schrick spec sheets they one give 0.01mm clearnace on the 284/272 cam. It's easy if you have the right tooling. I machined my pistons  http://i575.photobucket.com/albums/ss191/StevoM5/M...

What bottom end was that with Bullet_Ride? sorry, I should have been more specific. My cam is a 284/272. Schrick doesn't sell a 284/284. The bottom end is an M52B28 crank, 130mm rods from the M20B27 and late model M20B25 pistons. With the block shaved 0.5mm I had this much valve clearance on the in...

Re: M20B28 Cam Advice
I'm running a schrick 284 with stock valve springs. My block was shaved 0.5mm and I needed to cut deeper valve reliefs into the pistons because I only had ~0.5mm of valve clearance on the intake side. The car idles fine, I haven't had it through emissions testing yet but I have it tuned so the AFRs ...
