hi, i need to replace the fuel pump on my pre facelift 320i, its located outside on the passenger side behind the sill. the one on has been replaced before and there are no numbers or markings on it, the outer casing is blue.can anyone help, there are loads listed on ebay, not sure what to go for. a...

i have been trying to fit a z3 rack today to my e30, and the bottom uj wont fit onto the z3 rack as the size of the output shaft is bigger than on the rack i took off, i am going to have to have a custom linkage of some kind.

hi, i've fitted a new clutch master cylinder on my 1985 320i e30, and i am having trouble getting a decent pedal. is there any weird way or sequence of pumps needed to build up the pressure? cheers scott

hi iv'e got a 1985 320i, with a fast idle that gets faster as it warms up. iv'e traced the problem to the additional air slide valve which sits under the rear of the inlet manifold. the valve has a water feed which heats it up and operates the valve which alters the vacuum and brings the idle down. ...

I want to convert my pre facelift e30 320i from drum brakes to discs. Do I have to change the complete arm or just brake assembly. If so will touring arms, or cabby arms fit, or cabby arms(one of each in local scrap yard), or go gor 325 setup.thsnks in advance for advice.

Ok,just read the wiki section about what csn be used,ni have had a lookb on ebay and there are lots of e46 racksnfor sale, is there any particular model thats best to use or will anyone do.

I hot picd taken yesterday, but can't get them on yet, but from reading the sbove I think I eill check yhe air slide valve first and take it from there.

Morning people, I have an 87,88 320i 4 door I am finally just about ready to put back on the road. It has sat for about 13 years in a garage, and I have replaced the fuel pump and filters etc and got it running. found the problem, i had pulled out a relay on the steering column, and had not put it back in, but once plugged back in away she went. i'm not very good at all this tinkering. thanks for ant advice given.

yes the battery light went out, at the moment i have no dash lights at all, i have put a new battery on it and there is still no life at all.

afternoon, i have started stripping the seat from my 320i, and i cant for the life of me figure out how the rear seat back comes out. i cant see any bolts or fixings for it. could someone point me in the correct direction please. cheers scott.
