Re:
I know the guy who owned this car, We've done some work on it in the past. If i remember rightly the rear discs are off a 635/M6. It still uses E30 handbrake shoes with extra metal 'shoes' rivited to the inside of the disc. The front brake discs are AP items and now special order. IMO dont even thin...

Re: Fitting bucket seats without a roll cage - help apprecia
Very good and safe way of mounting the seatbelt, NOT!
How about running the belt THROUGH the seat as it was
designed to be used. Unless your slightly on the large
side, you must rattle around like a prick in a bucket.

Re:
If your car is right hand drive then you can make your own in under an hour.
All you need to do is make one part of the linkage about 6mm longer and
streighten your original wiper arm. Bit harder on a left hand drive car but
still possiable. Made one for my rhd E30 and didn't cost me a penny.

Re: Which Zoners car is best for a hill climb?
Tari look at Agent006's post, the car has to be under 2000cc to compete in that class, M3 would be 2.3 or 2.5!

Re: Which Zoners car is best for a hill climb?
@ agent006, ever heard of a 320is? 1990cc and 192bhp, bit better than a 318 i think.

Re:
All i'll say is get yourself along to some races and have a look at cages fitted by both Rollcentre and CC. Check the welds out, CC dosen't weld all the way round the tubes on top of the cage!! I know one of the Kumho cars that had a crash this season ended up with the door bar through the gearbox t...

@ agent006:
If you had a crash big enough to move the rollcage that far then the last thing you'd
be worried about is that hook. For that to hit you, first the roof bar, a pillar and screen
tube would have hit you!!!

Thanks for the comments Hammoj28.
You can get the DTM mirrors from C3.
The wheels are 7.5x15" revolutions.

Re: Silverstone BMW track day pics (no 56k)
The "Sport" with the wheels that you either love or hate is actually a 320is. The wheels in question are 8x16 compomotive's, i use them on the road and 7.5x15 revolutions on the track. I know that their not to everyones liking but i like to be different. I must admit Rich W, your the only person tha...

It's all well and good getting the cheapest tyres you can but this won't help you hold a drift. Cheap tyres are good if you just want to get the car sliding, but if you really want to drift then grip is what you need to control the car. I run a 325 with 7.5"-15" Revolutions, i run 195/50/15 tyres al...
