Whats the best power to fuel consumption i could put in the car? 2.0i??

really!!! im tempted to save up for that 2.8i conversion!!! i live in london so im really hoping that fuel consumpion isnt stupid

i went down to andy at amw in old kent road today with my 316i and to sort out a few problems and he turnt round and said to me if i got the lump and and bits he would install a 2.8i into my bmw... i love the thought of having that 200bhp under my foot but then i think i use the car for work and its...

i was driving home from work to day sitting in traffic and noticed the needle going up but as soon as i start moving it goes down. got out switched it off but i couldnt here the fan kick in at any point... can any one give me some advice on how to get this fan going again? also when i pull away hard...

hello again, iv searched the forums but i cant find any topics on how to remove the parcel shelf without damaging it.
its proberly really simply but id just like to check how its done before i go ahead and do it...

oh i havnt mentioned this yet but theres a 2.5 e30 with a tech2 kit and red leathers in grey sitting on a drive way where i live which looks like it hasnt been touched for years i might give them a knock and see if they wanna sell it! il try take a few sneeky pictures for you e30 experts!

im from london.... but my car is in bournemouth at the second with a hole in the sump.
and rh306 i dont wanna start pulling off side skirts just incase i can get them back on!!! or worst case il pull them off and the door is so rusted im left with half a door!!!!

rh306 apparently the guy before me sorted out the rust before he resprayed it. only bit of rust i can find is near the toe eye on the back under the rear bimper

oh what you mean by tech two door pods? im new to the e30 thing sorry.

its a mad colour! it looks white in photos or at night or in certain lights etc but the colour is baby blue!!! resprayed two years ago.

the 1.9 engine im thinking of is from the e36 318is. i havnt got a clue how much its gona cost but i will be doing this over a period of time.
well unless i win the lottery tonight of course
