Re: Lockup Garages aka Rocking Horse Shite
£440 a quarter is a complete bargain. Try living in a country were 80% live in flats/apartments.
Here... €200 a month for a single garage + electric/water.
As Dan said, ask locally. I found a place by asking the local mechanic. He knew a guy!

Re: Rose-tinted glasses?
I daily drive my e30 in Germany & it’s on the autobahn 6 days a week. Certainly not the fastest thing on the road.... but it will do 110mph on the daily commute, which is enough for me. Lucky enough to drive silly modern cars in work but don’t feel the itch for something modern or feel short changed...

Stroker reliability?
This subject will have been talked to death already but it's 2020, many years will have passed since most have already completed their builds and I'd be interested in hearing people's long term experience. I'm daily driving a 325ix touring in Germany, Love it, wouldn't change it for another car (her...

You are full of p!ss & wind, Stefan.
I knew you were frothing at the mouth to talk about your own financial standing.
Obviously the saying, money shouts, wealth whispers will be new to you.
Good luck with your deal.

Only itch left to scratch is the M3.
I’d quite like a dog eared daily driven M3 beside the 325ix touring.

Gaggle of c***s.
As above, CCTV. I use a ‘smart’ system. I can check the cameras from my phone and it notifies me straight away of any motion. Luckily the only thing setting it off is the odd Marder or boar.

I'm very disappointed with BMW's current line up, M2/M2 competition is the only redeeming model. They have really lost their way.

Re: Buying Advice
All of my cars have been bought and sold for cash, personally wouldn't trust a bank transfer. That being said, when I still lived in Northern Ireland, I had one bad experience about 3-4 years ago. Was selling a set of 351m wheels, chap from Southern Ireland arranged to meet up. Seemed like a nice en...

A solid 3. Two are mine (1.5 might be more accurate).
Potentially many more but I don’t know/remember the name of the owners or if they still have them.
