Re: 318is values?
Thanks for your reply. I only ask as i don't mind doing some work (i expect it) but it seems all the ones i see are 'mint' or complete dogs with no rear arches and shagged dampers.
I sold a really nice one for £1700 in 2011 so was hoping prices had kept at that level!

Ahh ok, thanks for clearing it up. Thought there must be a difference but thought I'd check, always nice to save some money if possible!
I have to say although the forum is very helpful some posters have a snooty tone lately.

What is the difference between these springs?
Hi guys, I am looking to get some eibach springs http://www.raceperformancemodified.com/BMW-E30-Shop/BMW-E30-Eibach-Pro-Kit-Lowering-Springs But there is a significant difference between the pre-facelift 325i springs and the post facelift? As there is a difference in price but i can't imagine there ...

Re: Handbrake cable woes
I did go to adjust the brakes at the actual brake but i read that you need to slacken offat the lever end first so i went to do that and then noticed the cable was pulled through and slack. I would have fiddled with the adjustment further but it was cramped and cold in my garage yesturday so decided...

Handbrake cable woes
Hi guys, I was inspecting my brakes this afternoon and when I went to adjust the handbrake I noticed that my ns cable was very slack and almost pulled through its holder. It was too cold to fiddle for long but I'm worried that the cable is snapped somewhere along it's length. Could it be anything el...

Don't want to thread hijack but I currently have an e30 that came on bolster dampers and unknown lowering springs. I believe it is currently running a 60mm drop. The ride is fine and the dampers good but the car just sits too low to be practical! I scrape too often for my liking. I am looking to jus...
