cheeky bugger, leaded from the 50's. im only 21 and it was on the pumps till about 200ish (i think)

iv heard it can help (more so older engines) as it gives them a lining but dunno if its an old wives tale.

1000 sounds reasonable. only prob was a misfire but the new plugs sorted that. had a nearly new radiator on it with the cowl still intact recently too :)

will see what a few more people say then get this up for sale as soon as i can (needs a wash)

really gonna regret this but what will be will be :(

hello sid.

sensor has been the same on the washer bottle and the brake pad warning light has only been on since the pads were change so may need the sensor re hooking up.

will look on ebay :)

ps mileage is 102000 and engine has circa 120,000 on it. trnsplant and work all down by town on here, he said it was the cleanest one he had worked on :)

its sadly coming the time to say good by to my e30, not had it long but having lost my job and my new one being lower paid i need to go to something more economical so looking for a golf tdi. the car is a 320 BUT has had a 2.5 dropped in it, the bigger 2.5 suspension and brakes also. other than that...

it will step out yes but its very hard to keep it out at any speed in my experiance. in the wet it comes out on command but is a bit wild but im no where neer any good at drifting, im more of a get the arse out until it comes in again guy rather than hold it so id assume its your level of skill too....

iv driven a e30 is with lsd and a e36 withut but not a like for like on the e36. cant really comment. the e36 doesnt spin up much other than 2nd gear corners if you push it its only rain really i notice it. that and pulling away on slippy surfaces. the only other thing is coming out of a slide it ca...

iv got a 318is for sale only 51k on the clock to ;) 1500 quid. LSD's for them are like rocking horse poo, i only know of one with one on. there good cars. common faults are rear springs snapping and the manifold cracking. there nippy enough. a fair bit slower than the e30 but handle really well out ...

i had a 535, was nippy and could get the backside out in second in the dry but £80 to fill it and with me driving was only getting 250 miles out of it never got more than 300. was costing me 160 quid a week in fuel so got rid after a month! insurance wasnt bad but the e30 325 is 1 billion times more...

only thing with tape is im about as accurate as a blind darts player.

just asking really. i noticed a thread in the photos section with a turbo'd 2.5 running approx 250bhp on standard management. wanted to ask a few questions: can this be reliably done, have/would you do it? and lastly what would be needed? 250bhp would be plenty not after a monster engine as im not e...

great cheers chap. im tempted to matt black them but i know what im like, id end u getting the car too. need to do the kidneys too.

going for cheap sleeperesk look. steel wheels, slammed, matt blackthe chrome bits and a stailess exhaust. sorted :D

de chroming, how?

rite, im not a lover of the chrome on my e30 so wanting to dechrome it. is it a case of pulling it off or is it replaced with something? dont want it looking a bodge. me rear quarter windows are already shadows so whats next?

Nope I have one small bottle jack, the jack the car came with a set of ford compomotives and a spare wheel lol

Car went in for mot but failed on all four tyres, it's not legal to drive so was wondering if I could stand it on 4 mk6 escort wheels while I take the wheels for new tyres? Will the holes line up? Not being moved anywhere just need them
to stand on something. Cheer all :)

Silly question but does it pull ok? Clutch isn't slipping is it? My old pug was bouncing off the limiter for 15mins solid at 50mph (just) in 5th till I came off the sliproad, droppe a gear and the clutch went bang! Unlickley mind as I'd hope you would notice it.

i thought it was the other way round? at least thats what i have always discovered with warped discs...you hit the brake pedal and it makes it shake/knock.

Your a scholor and a gentleman. Does anything inside need to be remove to retrieve the end? And is it easy enough to run the wires from the back of the headunit out the dash somewhere?
