Re: 325i Conversion Quote
just went from 318 to 323,same horse-different jockey, lot of variables in there ,gearbox, bigger diff, larger front struts-buy yourself a shitter with the motor you want and have a crack at it yourself, youll be surprised how easy it is and you get an intimate knowledge of your cars workings.

We did get the 325iS. Pretty much the same spec as the Euro "Sport". I've seen them go for up to $20K Ok, so not the super hot SAf version I remember reading about. There is a fantastic lachs one near where I live - 16" alpinas, black leather, fully loaded. I have to stop for a drool when I drive p...

having a coupe and a baur with similar suspension, the baur embarrasses the coupe in the handling stakes ,you wouldnt think a little chop of the roof could make so much difference, lighter up top than a coupe and not suffering from the sloppy handling and scuttle shake of a cabrio i prefer a baur over...

Re: drinks holder for e30
BMW suck at cupholders! E30 - none E39 - two front (fragile) two rear (always broken) E46 - none in the front, touring has two in the rear centre armrest which are useless unless you're a rear seat passenger with anorexia. An aftermarket drinks holder for the E30 would be great :) e46 has an option...

ive noticed reading on this forum that you guys refer to different letters for rego -K reg and the like, what do these letters relate .to ?
here in aus we just have the same rego plates for basically the life of the car unless you put personal plates on it.

A new E36 BMW 328i (2.8cc) cost the equivelent of UK £100,000 in Singapore. when i mean cracked i mean totally ratsh*# generally lots of cracks and no defined pattern of cracking,
replacement dashpads are very expensive to get even second hand-$700-$900 dollars aus-approx 400-500 pounds if you can get them .

one of the biggest issues with e30s in australia is finding one with an uncracked dash pad.
is this just an issue with us due to the heat or is this common every where?
