im going down the same route but will not be putting on the side skirts.
i have a pair of coupe side skirts that i may sell,

been giving the car a proper inspection and found the exhaust downpipe flattened near the rear axel to about half the width. it doesnt look like its hit anything but it dont look right.
firstly is this normal (im thinking not)
secondly any guesstimates on how much power i would loose?

not rough as is idle or driving problem, just felt down on power. took it for a power run to get a starting point and some ideas on why its running slow.

the car has been running rough so decided to take it for a power run. not happy with the results but confirms that something is wrong. i am runing a m30 3.5 in my e30 (218bhp standard) with a 3.64 diff the first run came out at 159bhp. after a bit of playing he managed to get it to 175.3bhp. still m...

how can i tell which is tapping away to annnoy me?
is it the tappets or the injectors, how can i tell? its not noisy at low revs but gets louder when i drive so difficult to tell.

i will be interested but it really depends on when payment is required as money is tight for about a month. will the screens be as tough as the oem ones? my screen has a small crack so this could be a great replacement.

ive not driven it yet, will do tomorrow night. still need to sort the suspension and will be getting arb's at the same time. slowly but surely i will get the bm project complete.

came home today to find my my strut brace waiting for me. you can not really see in the pic but the battery has been relocated to the boot too. will be moving the wash wiper bottle to the batery tray then do something with that nasty air filter. http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u164/raj__album/str...

In alock up still. Funny thing is, there was a notice on the door from the council. Phoned them, and it appears my mate has not paid rent for 3 yrs, b45tard. So they will rent it out to me for £4 per week, no back pay issues, so it'll stay there for a while. just make sure it dont stay in there too...

Good looking car fella. Good choice not going with the tech2, looks well on the chrome for a change. thanks mate. I have a few plans and some nice tricks to go onto the car. Hope it comes out right. not much of an update, i had a heating issue, i swapped the electric fan for a spal extreme one. that didnt help so i re-wired all the wiring to the fan and found it was spinning it the wrong way. its now sorted the issue, the car does not get hotter than half. i need to get a bigger alternator now ...
