ive not long but an e30 320i 5 door in flip paint, the job is a very good job but the bumpers are cracked should i strip the car and respray it white or matt black rat look, the spray job it has had in the past is a proper job

interior is cloth and aint in that bad nick,needs o/s/f door card fallen off,body work is clean wrecken no more than a ton?
