It hasn't been MOT'd since 2008 so it doesn't look good.

Looking on RealOEM the measurements are for 6mm stem valves however my engine I believe has the 7mm stems.

What are you intending to do with the car as obviously that has a huge amount to do with what direction you should go in suspension wise?

Re: Production BMW Build 320 - RACING!

10bhp is a pretty strong gain from an exhaust. Blimey. Did you do a power run? A bit confusing how the car just let go like that? You should easily be able to take craners flat out mate. Lifting is probably what unsettled it but it sounded progressive or did you touch the brakes? Lucky it didn't rol...

They are snazzy. The helper springs were really needed. The ones I had were too short the the top spring collar took a battering. Today was good. Couple of 30 min sessions I split in half. Took the mrs out in the first one but she felt a little unwell so sat out the second one lol. To be fair it gav...

Re: 318iS race car - NEW updates pg. 9!

Tomorrow is a 750MC start of season track day at Donginton on the GP layout. Weather looks reasonably promising. Bit of a curfuffle with the dampers after having them serviced. When they came back one of the adjusters wasn’t working but to be fair to AST the pull it out the bag and fixed it and retu...

I had something which sound similar, it was higher up the Rev range around 4.5krpm. It would cough and fart but eventually would push through. I was at an event and only had a throttle sensor available so swapped that on a whim. The problem went away.

FPR to tank will never show a pressure as it is just a return. So your initial test is correct but it should be higher than 2.2.

Sadly, other things happened in the mean time and it was December 2017 before I got around to sorting it ou...
