325i m20 injectoir caps- where from?
i just changed the seals on the injectors on my 325, however theres an orange cap with a hole on the nozzle end that goes into the inlet manifold. When removing these, they just crumbled litereally. I cant find anywhere that sells them! ive tried dealers and specialists but no luck....

ive already started removal of the engine as i have another to go in! i was not expecting to find it with the kit or wheels either! was a good result. it will be getting start treatment from now lol

Police phoned to say car has been reported to be dumped in location blah blah... went down there expecting to find a shell left with no wheels, interior etc.... was suprised to find the whole car with n/s/f minorish damage, boot lock broken, all sound system and tools in boot missing... and worst bi...

the light isnt linked to the needle, the petrol gauge on mine, the needle shows half a tank when the light comes on, but i know it is near empty at this stage and not half as it shows!

heard of a similar prob with a 325i, it turned out the loom from the c101 socket had fried wires.. and i think one of these wires ran in to the boot located battery.... even after the loom was repaired, if the car was jump started from under the bonnet, the wires would fry again so once sorted again...

had the same prob with my car, turned out to be a split wire which i sorted, then started being intermittent which was a dodgy earth wire..
if you can, chek theres a supply coming to the bulb when you turn the headlights on.. if there isnt then its prob a split wire.

ive just tried to start the car this morning, after a few turns of the ignition it started up... but then after turning it off and trying again nothing would happen until like the 10th turn when it started up again.. im guessing it might not be a starter motor fault?? is there anyway to check if it ...

i havent had anywork done on the bulkhead at all and no air doesnt get hotter with increased revs....
i'll have a check to see if both pipes get hot...

1985 323i blowing cold air only
ive been trying to work out whats causing 1985 323i to blow only cold air...
have had the thermostat changed, engine runs at normal temperature, heater fan works on all speeds, engine is not loosing coolant...
what else can be causing this??

ive fitted a new "comfort relay" it seems there is no power going to it. everythign else on the car works fine, the interior lights work fine with the door switches etc...

had a problem with heater blower and electric windows not working on my 325i cabrio... changed the relay above gearbox (changeover one) and the windows were working fine.. then out of the blue they stop working and now there is no power to that relay... i checked the fuse... there is no power to fus...

j4gz -checked mine today aswell and it seems the same problem on mine! i need to get them replaced.. ive been told e46 ones can be used or something along those lines so am going to do some research...

another fuel gauge question..
the fuel gauge stays at 1/2 regardless of how much fuel is in the tank, when the fuels low, the orange warning light still comes on... im guessing this is a problem with the actual fuel gauge unit... i have another set of clocks but the temp gauge doesnt work on that set (fuel gauge is ok).. is it p...

pulled out fuse 28, lights go out..so i guess that means power is coming through the right place?

the lights on the electric window switches stay on all the time in my cabrio, causing my battery to drain..

yhh the steering... weird... i got a tech2 steering to go on there but the column spline is too small??!!
