The pegs have been taken out and it has had an extensive stepd skim by a nob in a local machine shop! Does nobody have a flywheel they could just measure the with of please from the teeth to the clutch face?

Yes I k ow that but it should be lightens off the back... This one has been taken
off the front meaning my clutch may not even touch the fy when pressed! I just need to know the thickness of the fly to see how much has been taken off and weather it is still useable

ive just had a set of these rods pressed into my pistons today actually, there a nice bit of kit. even the engine builder commented who has built some serious bits of kit in his many years.

The car has coverd 126k but I had it rebuilt due to whineing about 2k ago. It has been sat in the garage for over a year now. It will be going into e30 il just have to fabricate the rear beam to mount it

if i was you id get some coilovers and have it polly bushed, get it sitting perfect. if 1k is a budget i wouldnt attempt a turbo. if your after performance get decent 6branch, lumpy cam and a lightend fly.. as you said you already have MS so a quick fiddle on the laptop and your off

sticking rwd, 235 tyres.. i dont want to go much bigger yet as the cheapest form of give is tyres, when they go il build up in size and brake more and more...

i imagian it is a handfull, a few mates of mine have big power rwd and its not for the faint. ive always had drilled into me from a young age... if you are going to do something do it properly or its not worth doing at all and i still stand by that now
