There is a 'spray bar' that runs the length of the head. Basically a thin pipe with perforations to allow oil to be sprayed from above. It's not uncommon for the holes to get blocked over time. Remove the bar and soak it in petrol for a while and it may quieten things down. do this then afterwards ...

i know what you mean, i had one a while back that failed on me, but in it's defence it was pretty old & did come from a scrap yard after leading a pretty abusive life.

also, got a small compressor wired into the boot in my daily (volvo v70) so the compressor will hardly be used.

i changed all the fuel lines on my sport a few months ago, i used the braided steel teflon lined hose from speed flow with AN fittings, all the way from the fuel pump to the engine bay, i then used reinforced epdm fuel hose to the rail & return line, i got the epdm line from a local motorfactor. all...

Simplest paint is specific colors of brake caliper enamel, fast drying rock hard and heat resistant, I've used this after cleaning and some K rust type treatment, paint on top, no piddling about with 2 pack, lasts for years, and my car does extreme mileage in all weathers. it turns clockwise as you look at the front of the engine, may take a couple of full turns to get both marks lined up,

as for turning it 90dg the opposite way? i'd be very carefull.

it all depends on whether you want a single & double speed fan & if it will be a pusher/puller fan. i installed mine (pusher fan from a 2.5 tds omega) using a 80/88 two pin switch in the side of the radiator & used a 4 pin fused relay from a revotec fitting kit, it's wired up as a single (high) spee...

Well I had a good loonat the brake hardlines (in between dodging the rain) & lo & behold there was a kink & split in the hardline from the M/C to the drivers side Union. Took it out & replaced it with anew section of kunnifer. Also replaced the passenger side as well just to be on the safe side. Bra...

i know there is fluid leaving the drivers side port but nothing is coming through to the caliper. If you're referring to the outlet port of the ABS block here, then there in't a great deal that it can be. Have you removed the bleed nipple completely from the caliper, and checked it's clear? well after asking the same thing on the zone FB page i got told it could be a kink in the hard line to the drivers side caliper. i'll be having a look at that tomorrow, but in the men time does anyone have any other suggestions on what it could be? i forgot to add earlier that the set up on my mates...
