Mr Moore the messiah 😎👍 The headlights are off at the moment... but did recall when the head lamps were connected that the dip beam was dim on parking lights on and brighting up on dip head lamps where put on... If it doesn't affect the view of THE ROAD(the actual road itself ) then it want fail MOT . Regardless of the swept area of the blades.

325 automatic fluid type which one?

what's the best automatic fluid to use?

Manual says dexron 2? But there's dexron 2d,2e,3 and 6

Also ways of removing the complete fluid without removing the gearbox. Or its the question of drain, fill,drive,drain and fill a few times.

Individual coils will most likely provide a better(stronger spark). If you are referring the six bank coil pack as a wasted spark one, then you will save some money and space

All in all I don't think there's much of a difference

Yes

majority of the aftermarket ecu come with a built in MAP sensor in the ECU. Just need to run a vacuum hose from the ECU to the manifold.

60lbs injectors Should do pending the size of your turbo, Management wise you can get a plug play VEMS ecu which Gunni on here does, or a plug play Megasquirt ECU.(USA best place to look IMHO) Extra sensors and other things should be need which are- Wideband sensor(lambda) Boost pressure sensor IAT ...

Iv bought the TCD kit, the waste gates are TIAl. The turbo brand is COMP turbo, injectors they use are seimans Mine was for m30. I needed to get angled bracket made, for the turbo housing. UPDATE 29/09/2013 ENGINE IN !! Finally some progress. From the previous update i had the vehicle at the workshop ready for welding. i had a new battery tray put in and the fusebox mounting area rust cut out and new plates welded in. Regarding the coil pack connection.

I'm running a wasted spark coil from a vauxhall and I got the connection from here.

Ill be sending out the loom next week to Gunni for him to wire it up to the VEMS ECU. Ill be using a m50 Throttle position senor (new from ECP), with a custom bracket ordered from the states to allow fitment and be using a wasted spark coil pack from a vauxhall omega v6(new from ECP). update 28/04/2012 Its been year since this project started and its no where near complete.( at least a 2-3 months away). I think you will need to remove the prop centre mount bolts, so you will have enough slack on the prop shaft to lever out from the diff flange

You can get e30 specific mounts, Either base mounted or side mounted(cobra only to my knowledge) I had Newish cobra seats when I bought my e30 which came with e30 specific mounts from cobra. Which I sold

The seats which I have currently , has had the O.E frames welded on

Not much of a update as such I've spoken to GAZ they said approx £30 a corner for a service and plus more if any repair work is needed. Far as I'm aware I'll need two rear shocks need doing as they are leaking. But I'll send of all four,hoping the two front ones are straight forward service. A sight...
