Funnily enough, the car I'm missing after all this malarkey is my 1992 P10 Primera eGT... It was big n cheap and jus getting fixed right when some fool hit it and wrote it off... I was SO gutted.

I need to take her for one last blast on a country road, but, I think I'm done. I love the drive... I love the way she feels around corners... I love the sound she makes from her 6 cylinder goodness... I love the 318is written on the number plate, pre conversion. I love the M-Tech, the tech 2 steeri...

Moral of the story, from what I've read, is there's no point informing the DVLA if, for example, I owned a 318is which had an M20 2.5 swapped in. Is this the correct conclusion most people seem to have?

In any case, it all seems like more hassle than it's worth.

That old aussie car is neat.

That's all it is... I always cornered quicker in my FWD cars but that's because the back end was less likely to come out... I am not ready to take the E30 round corners too quick yet because I haven't learnt it fully... I need trackdays asap.

How easy is it to fit a bigger fuel tank to the 318is... whats the capacity of the standard tank? Is it worth it?

E30 Alpina 2.7 at the car wash (Harlesden) owned by a non-zoner... he reads PBMW though... Grey G reg one - was quite nice... anyone seen it around? Plate i can't remember ... something like "G321 S**" I think?

Okay someone sort my car... or my right foot! I got just shy of 200 miles out of Ã‚£40! Then again i do mainly in town driving to the station and back daily and around to mate's houses etc... Plus I do like the occasional burst of acceleration :o: I think I just need to drive a bit more conservative...

My (late) mate's dad has an S600 AMG... got like 2mpg... ate tyres like crazy... Ã‚£100 of fuel (2-3 years ago) got him nowhere... since then LPG converted and disabled some cylinders... 0-60 in 4.6 all gone
