thanx all for the comments, apart from "dave" aka gimp.
think it needs lowering a bit though, anyone know of any uprated springs that will lower it about 30mm or so, don't want to do the low rider thing.

i've got a sterling silver 1990 h reg m3, all standard apart from a stainless steel exhaust, cloth trim, 16" BBS's, manual windows, type 5 17" bbs alloys to be fitted in the spring( just in the process of polishing them). all the later 215bhp models had the alloy arms fitted, its just the earlier models that have the steel ones. read it some where on one of the many thousands of m3 threads i've viewed.

zymoled to death
mainly used for chasing fast plastic

basically had a water leak from the alloy pipe/tube which comes out of the rear of the cylinder head which the rubber pipe from the heater matrix fits on, the old alloy pipe was totally corroded so i had to pick it all out with a screw driver and long nosed pliers, has anybody ever refitted one befo...

its the 318iS engine, twin cam sixteen valve, in that case should the old one just screw out, it looks like it would just snap off if i try to turn it(its that corroded), and i don't want to be left with just a tiny stub of a pipe just sticking out.
