Re: WHY DOES NOBODY LIKE AUTO MOTORSPORTS?

Correction , zoners with no money who think they are serious pilots dislike autos but proper buyers who are willing to pay lots of money for proper cars don't mind at all. I have sold a few big spec 325 auto tourings for good money, all to people who specifically wanted an auto, usually, 1, because...

French H35?

One up on ebay at moment, was there a french franchise for Hartge back then? or is this likely a car someone 'specced up' at some point? Seems a high spec if original, suspensions, arb, long range tank etc etc In a right state though the vader interior is nice. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vends-rare-BMW-H...

To clarify further, i am talking about Individual cars as an official program from BMW that was 'live', sure they did bespoke on a very small scale before the E36 were introduced but there wasnt an actual individual program in the 80's. I have no doubt that the car mentioned was a showcase to test p...

Re: E30 leather trim

The leather dash was one of the option available in BMW Individual program. The dash on green M3 is from factory. Jan just to clarify, BMW was not running the individual program back then, what happened is that they would do 'individual type stuff', but very limited, if you made a special request. ...

Going on the costs for the H27 cab (and this needs FAR more) then i'd say to do it on the cheap you could get away with 10k, to do it properly youd need to spend the best part of 25-30k, thats using all new parts and original BMW plus Hartge doing their stuff on the engine. I am 'hoping' its already...
