Re: Welcome

Barry and Ross took my car car in earlier this year for a pre-Nurburgring trackday check, inspection 2, new clutch, installation of RHD lightened flywheel, installation of new BTB 6 branch and X-pipe mating it to a new early BMW 325i rest of system. It was my first time taking the car to them and I ...

Re: shaved bay m50 turbo - super hella stance etc

This is a great project with excellent progress. I gave many years to the Veedub scene and was Edition38 Crew for many years so can appreciate the touches although many won't. Keep up the great work. Very impressive to take it all on yourself...

Tom, the car looks great. Despite feeling slow I don't suppose you have any performance figures with the car in it's current state. I'd be interested to know how the standard motor performs with all the weight taken out...

Thanks Jozi, yep I love the colour, certainly a little different from the norm and was really pleased that the car didn't have a spoiler as I would have taken it off anyhow.

She certainly handles well now. 8)

Hi there guys, I have just had my car painted and the doors were removed for some of the work. I am now having issues with my central locking too. All connectors have been cleaned and reconnected but the central locking is now working probably 1 in 10 attempts. You can sometimes here a strange noise...

Ok so a bit of an update chaps. Darren and Rob at G-Werks resolved the ride height issue by contacting H&R and getting them to dispatch the correct springs. It turns out we were supplied the wrong kit which was for a Convertible with it's extra weight hence why it was so jacked up at the rear. The o...

Re: Body coloured sills? Who has painted theirs?

Only works if you've got significantly deeper than standard front/rear valences IMO. Agreed, gives light coloured cabs a 'fat belly' appearance IMO That's kind of what I was worried about. I thought it might make the car look lower but the fat belly effect will make the car deeper and as a result n...

Body coloured sills? Who has painted theirs?

Hi there all, my car is going into the body shop at the weekend for a refresh and I am still undecided whether or not to repain the sills in their current OEM black colour or to have them done in Calypso Red to match the rest of the car. :? Re: Pic request, your 325i on H&R 60/40 Cup Kit

Have checked it out this morning and I was supplied a Cabrio kit. The only difference is the rear springs so G-Werks have ordered them separately from H&R so I ought to have them within a week.

Job done. :)

Many thanks for your help guys...

Re: Have found an LSD for my car, is it suitable?

Geoff many thanks for that, it's really helpful. My tyre size is 215/40/16 so won't be a million miles off what you have worke...

Advice on '90 spec OEM bumpers...

Good morning all, I am planning to take my E30 to the body shop in the next week or so to get a few bits sorted and one think I would like to do is get the upper and lower sections of my bumpers painted like they were on a 318is with the black still through the middle. I am pretty new to E30s so was...
