Re: horse shoe what do i need
correct me if im wrong..but wouldn't you then have to manually lift up the rear of the hood, find a way to keep it upright, then climb back into your car and press the switch to open the horseshoe.
Or do you intend on fitting the motor to lift the back of the hood to the upright position too?

Re: Hardtop headlining replacement
there are a couple of guides floating around on the net...and it didn't look too hard..from what i remember the rear screen didn't need to be taken out but blunt knife / spatula was used to tuck the material in....at £450 i would attempt it myself before taking it to a retrimmer. At least you would ...

Re: Winters here.. car cover or no car cover..
I have a halfords cover and my cab is bone dry after even heavy rain.I do take it off frequently to check the inside of the car for condensation etc. You should also cover the soft top with a sheet or something as per the instructions in the cover. No problems so far. i plan on buying the halfords a...

i just want to get it through the MOT..any bolts i could wind/unwind or add a couple of washers to adjust ?

Is this a known problem that people have had before? any ideas to get the lights raised slightly? I don't want to fork out a fortune for new lights. I work away i...

Re: Cabby owners with hard tops, why?
Some of us are not fortunate enough to have access to a garage to keep the cabby in over winter (otherwise i would definatley buy a winter hack) doesn't seem to be loosing any value..if anything its an investment feels just like a coupe in the winter months don't have the hassle of having to look fo...

Re: MOT - Flickering Brake Pad Light
think as from april this year, any warning lights that are on, mean its a fail  This is why i ask. Nobody seems to quite understand what will pass and what will fail anymore. The reason i ask is because the brake pad sensor light is different to the ABS light which i can understand to be an M...
