I've always used Super resin polish too.... But to tie in with the abrasive comments.... I've always found it's incredible at cleaning up chome exhausts and rust spots, so must have an abrasive in it... To remove brake dust, and carbon deposits it's gotta have something caustic in there... And for W...

Hi all, I have a '92 K plate 318i Lux cab with: -88,000 Miles -Full service history (Mainly BMW, Specialist later svcs.) -All previous MOT's -Original Sales receipt - Germany -Immaculate blue checkered cloth interior -Tech1 leather steering wheel (+plus original 4 spoke plastic) -New Plastic Window ...

No beemer to be seen...

I take it all back about the garage who investigated the work, found all the kit tucked away in the boot.... I had a good look, they are pretty sturdy, no abnormal bends in them..

Bit late for you now, but oil pressure light at anything above idle means kill the engine NOW. Not in ten miles time, not at the next layby, but NOW. Gear lever into neutral, ignition key off and coast to a halt, unless doing so would be dangerous. I'll second that.... I lost my fantastic, sexy lit...

Right.... Just been in and manually popped the roof since garage had it to pieces... And I am f :cens: ing p :cens: ssed beyond belief... I thought maybe they had just disconnedted the gear, but it's been completely removed, including motor, bolts and levers...!! Probably in the bottom of a bin some...

On a similar note... My central locking works fine, but I can only lock all doors from the Boot, or passenger side, Drivers lock doesn't move the locking pin down enough to lock it... Unlocking is fine tho... Any chance I could just swap the passenger lock for the drivers and hey presto job fixed..?...

Hi all... Newbie to this forum, and cheeky to ask straight away, but I'm gonna.. I have a 93 plate E30 cab, but sods law the roof linkage that pulls the rear window up has gone pop, right before I was gonna sell up..... The rest of the assembly was fine, but just had garage identify the problem, but...
