I do like the VXR's very much but being front wheel drive would put me off. There quite rare as not many are being sold. i'm about to get a VX220 turbo.

Well ive just been down the garage and he's decided to weld the car, clean it up before selling it. It needs a sill and the front corners welding. He's put the alloys and plate on his mk1 325 m-tech and no matter what i say wont leave them on the alpina. So watch this space for updates.

I'm not really sure what its worth, if anyone is serious about it i would recommend viewing the car. My mechanic a E30 fan just brought one of these yesterday. Its a 4 door C2 2.5 in red, cream leather, Reg. BMW 47L. Needs TLC so think he is just breaking it. I love the front spolier on it.

We put a mk1 engine into a mk2 car. We never changed the engine loom or car loom, so the engine loom is a mk1 and the car loom and ecu is a mk2.

If we change the sender over we'll be left with a sender with a 3 pin rectangle connector and a wire with a 2 pin round connector to connect it too.

We didnt change the engine loom though so the sender has the 2 pin connector. Where do these wires goto and can you wire the 2 pin sender into the car to get it to work or do we have to fit the 3 pin sender?

Hi, need a little help with a E30 we done an engine swap on. We cant get the oil check light to go out. The old engine had a 3 pin connector on it but the new engine only has 2 pins.

Is there an easy way to get the light out?

Found out the problem with abit of research on this site. My car is a mk2 but the engine that has gone in is a mk1. The mk1 engine only has 12 pins on the c101 and an extra 3 pin plug.
