What is the current lead time for these?

I learnt to drift in a standard 316i, with an open diff and some lowering springs.....wait for a rainy day and some empty roundabouts.

Blimey, car sized milling machines would be rather expensive. I'd try and split it into as small sections as possible. Or shaped the foam block by hand, like what they do with the clay models for production cars. I imagine that takes some skill and patience though! I think you can also form the roug...

I haven't got a specific offset or PCD, as I will be making one off fabricated uprights and hubs. Any 'ring only insurance will be rubbish. It's a massively risky place so the premiums + excess to pay-out ratio will be woefull. Otherwise they wouldn't stay in busness very long!

Don't ask whether you are covered, because they will say no....other than that. Assume you aren't insured and don't crash. Then forget about it and just enjoy it. Life's a risk!

You can fit the BMW "crash repair" top mounts for <1° of change. Or fixed offset ones if you don't want adjustables.....not sure why you wouldn't want them though?

Suspension points have to stay the same under Homologation. BMW/Merc et al could just throw money at it to get it right. And don't think that any DTM car would be useable on the road. So stiff! Standard BMW discs will be better than the Eurocarparts options or similar. I wouldn't bother with grooved or cross-drilled.
