Donation sent, never knew the man but recently lost my eldest daughter to same awful disease and her eldest son from a heart attack due to the stress of losing his mother. I can sympathise and understand what the family must be enduring, my heartfelt condolences to them.

Reckon the clue is in the model (Touring), probably had a couple of tons of cement/sand/engines or the like at some time. Definitely overstressing problem.

Matt black paint MUST increase drag, why not strip it off and use some of that lovely new CHROME paint. It will slip thro' the air like a hot knife thro' butter.

I may be a bit thick but a question strikes me, why would all touring models have alloy. Presumably its a matter of weight distribution, if so why make the front lighter on a car with a heavier rear end? Am I missing something other than brain cells (years of liquid abuse).

recently paid Ã‚£24 for a full 318 touring kit from gsf,B'Ham.. 320 can't be very different.

I've got some that are very very similar if not identical, they are TSW's.

How much brake fluid needed for a complete fluid change????

Take care using silicone to seal against metal, most types have loads of ammonia and promote tin worm.

Chances are it isn't the cluster seals as i've fixed them on with silicone, but still the water comes . I'll replace them anyway just to rule it out.
