Re: M5x ECU's
... and it shows the 413 as being both used with and without EWS. Surely that can't be correct? The 413 had an early (pre 1995) "burgundy" labeled version and a later (post 1995) "silver" labeled version. The burgundy one does not have any EWS protection, but the silver one does. Apparently the ecu...

Re:
That's fantastic! I've been looking for a way to keep a standard panel filter instead of having to use a cone when I complete my M52 swap. Could you share some details of your setup there? How did you get your MAF plug so high up on the airbox, when the hose is going in lower? And how did you seal a...

Re:
It sounds like that corroded connector (C191, I think it's called in the technical documents) under the throttle body, that has all the wires for the temperature sensors and the fuel injectors. Mine became badly corroded recently and behaved the same way, also randomly wouldn't let me start the car....

Re: Touring rear wiper problem
Finally a place where there's other touring members!!! I'm from Canada and I've bought an imported Touring from Germany. Hi canucker! Where abouts in Canada? As long as you aren't using the wrong button, like the guy above mentioned, it should just latch into intermittent mode and do one wip...

Heater surround: swapping from LHD to RHD
Hi gents, Do any of you know what is involved in swapping these around? Is it just a bolt up affair, or is there anything else that needs to be modified? I'm thinking I'd like to swap mine over to a RHD surround. And if it is easy, perhaps I can source a few LHD ones from over here to send out to yo...

Chrome sideviews mirrors?
Hi guys,
Have any of you seen this on an E30? I'm trying to find pics or sources of mirror caps/covers (if they even exist)... but haven't had any luck.
Thanks in advance!
