Another thumbs up for Spadge , my PAS pump got lost in the post but Spadge issued a full refund with no hassles . Have dealt with him in the past and will deal again in the future . Out and out zone hero !!

Second time dealing with Spadge and service again was spot on . Item arrived in double quick time , expertly packaged and better than described . Top man .

When I had this problem the water was coming in through the aerial seal . When I searched on here the seal around the rear lights came up as a possibility and also blocked sun roof drains IIRC .

Not a whole lot anybody can do when the bloody sachs box has the wrong arrows on it !! I've checked it sober today and it does indicate to be stored flat - it does however have a small picture of the fan clutch in an upright position so it looks like the sticker has been on wrong all along . :cry: t...

I will definitely be having words but I can't reach the garage until 9 . If I bleed the system as you suggest and all is well after a 20 minute spin around the block could I assume a lucky escape and at least attempt a journey ?

Heater has been working but not great , either very hot turned up full or tepid at virtually anything less which is why I changed the thermostat .

Had it on full for the drive home this evening (15 mins) and didn't notice any heat although the engine apparantely found the time to overheat !

Apologies for appearing to contradict you E30mark but I was posting without seeing your reply .

Are the side and back vinyl on the check seats ? I always thought they were leather . May run out to the car park and hold a lighter to them and find out .

I really could be wrong here but I think they only came in either light grey check or a dark grey check but no other colours .
